At ThinkWell Nutrition Coaching, we combine expertise in the fields of nutrition and mental health to provide truly impressive results. All programs are customized to your specific needs, goals, and capacities, in conjunction with professional support and accountability.

As a ThinkWell client, you’ll learn how to recognize and leverage your strengths, how to develop a healthy mindset around food, and how to make lasting behavioral changes that will cultivate deep health and move you towards your goals. We address all areas of health, including nutrition, sleep, movement, and stress – and account for factors like hormonal changes, support networks, and lifestyle/dietary preferences. Nutrition Audit – $200

Need guidance on your nutrition, but not sure if you need coaching? Try the Nutrition Audit! The Audit begins with filling out a comprehensive intake, as well as 3 weeks of access to Cronometer Gold, a premium food tracking app.

After a week of tracking, we’ll meet in person to go over your food log and intake and do an InBody body composition reading. After this session you will receive a follow-up report that contains:

  • Calculated calories and macros based on your goal
  • A guide to healthier eating
  • Sample meal plan with 12 meal and snack ideas, tailored to your specific macronutrient needs and food preferences
  • Personalized recommended changes to diet and lifestyle based on your goals

After 2 weeks, we will meet again virtually for a 30 minute follow-up session. During this time, we will have the opportunity to address any major challenges and discuss your progress. If you decide that you are interested in coaching after your Audit, you will receive a $100 discount on your first month!!

3 Month Coaching Package – $250 per month

Ready to commit to big changes? Do you need help with accountability or motivation, or want a higher-touch level of support? Coaching will allow you to focus on learning the foundations of good nutrition, as well as developing the tools and skills needed to achieve and maintain your goal. At the end of 3 months all clients will see results and have a habit-development framework in place. At this point you can choose to continue coaching on a monthly basis or progress on your own, depending on individual comfort levels and goals!

Included in this package:

  • 13 weekly sessions of individualized nutrition coaching – 1 hour long introductory session, followed by 30 minute weekly check-ins
  • ThinkWell starter kit (coaching materials, product samples, recipes, and more!)
  • Ongoing macronutrient and caloric calculation, as needed
  • Sample meal plan with 21 meal and snack ideas, tailored to your specific caloric and macronutrient needs and food preferences
  • Free Cronometer Gold account for the duration of coaching (A premium food tracking app with direct coaching access!)
  • 1 InBody body composition reading per month (a non-invasive way to track how muscle mass, visceral fat, and weight change with coaching! Must be able to come to the studio for reading.)
  • Access to a custom coaching app for easier check-ins, communication, and progress tracking. Syncs with your Cronometer data and several other health tracking tools (like Garmin and Apple Health).
  • Unlimited support in between check-ins via text or email
  • Personalized meal ideas, targeted recipes, and meal planning support
  • Access to ThinkWell’s entire library of print and electronic nutrition resources

3 month commitment with automatic monthly payments is required.

Partner/Couples Coaching Package – $350 per month

Work towards your goal with the support of a partner at a fraction of the cost! This package is available to couples, friends, or family members who want to go through coaching together. You do not need to live in the same household, but both individuals must be: 1. working towards the same goal (i.e. weight loss, healthy eating, body recomp, etc), 2. willing to eat similar diets, and 3. able to meet for sessions together (in-person or virtually).

Both individuals will receive their own macronutrient calculations, sample meal plans, and personalized guidance throughout the coaching process, as well as everything else included in the individual coaching package above. This is a great way to get the benefits of 1-on-1 coaching for a reduced cost, while also gaining an extra source of motivation and accountability! That’s a 30% savings every month!!
